In its commitment to serving the communities, Police Regional Office 1’s “5P’s project (Pabahay, Patubig, Palikuran, Pantawag, at Pailaw)” is continuously being carried out amidst the pandemic.
On February 10, 2022, the ceremonial turn-over of “Pabahay ng Pulis”, “Palikuran ni Juana”, and “Pantawag ng Pulis”, was held in Barangay Concepcion, Gregorio Del Pilar, Ilocos Sur. The turn-over ceremony was spearheaded by the prime mover of the 5P’s Project, Police Brigadier General Emmanuel B. Peralta, Regional Director of PRO1.
One of the recipients of this quick impact project is the Francia family, who was very grateful as they were gifted with a house, toilet, and lighting equipment. In addition, they also received grocery Items, basketball, electric fan, and other necessities.
The project was made possible through the collective and diligent efforts of the members of the 102nd Maneuver Company led by their Company Commander Police Captain Fermin F. Sudaypan. They have toiled day and night to construct the house and the toilet for the selected family recipient.
Beholden by their inept gratitude, the Francia family could not stop saying “thank you” to all the police officers who had given them a home of their own. They also said that their gifts would never be forgotten as those gifts will surely help them prosper in their lives.
PBGen Peralta on the other hand said that “Sa pagtutulungan at pagsuporta ng bawat isa, makakabuo tayo ng natupad na pangarap para sa ating kapwa.”
This shows that the police force is ready to help in any way to help their fellow citizens in dire need, especially in this time of crisis. This is a testament that our police officers go beyond their call of duty and give more than what is asked of them.
The event is capped with the distribution of gift packs to selected residents of Barangay Concepcion.
Indeed, with the cooperation and support of each other, dreams and aspirations can be achieved.

This web site certainly has all of the information I needed concerning this subject and didn’t know who to ask.
Having read this I thought it was extremely enlightening. I appreciate you spending some time and effort to put this article together. I once again find myself personally spending a significant amount of time both reading and commenting. But so what, it was still worth it!
