The exceptional entry of Police Regional Office 12 prevailed in a recently concluded Pulis Got Talent 2022 (Group Category) held at FilOil Flying V Center in San Juan city where they showcased their traditional ethnic dance ensemble.
PRO 12 performed their traditional ethnic dance known as “Healing Virtual” in pre-Islamic time performed by the Maguindanaoan. It is designed to showcased the colorful festivities of tribe people in the region and serves as the welcoming party to visiting dignitaries as well.
The dance troop is composed of uniformed and non-uniformed personnel from the different line units of PRO 12.
PRO 12 dancers trounced its competitors with a total garnered scored of 97.56% followed by the Police Regional Office 10 Band with 94.22% and Special Action Force Band end with 93.11% respectively.
Performers from other Area Police Command and the National Capital Region Police Office rocked the FilOil Arena with their respective songs that they’ve composed.
In total, this year’s competition has 19 participants representing the National Support Units and Regional Offices from across the country with nine participants for the group category while ten performers compete for the Solo category.
Here is the total result for the group category according to their scores; Police Regional Office 12 with 97.56%, Police Regional Office 10, 94.22%, Special Action Force 93.11% the same score with National Capital Regional Police Office who also got 93.11%, Police Regional Office 8, 92.44%, Forensic Group 91.56%, Headquarters Support Service 91.44%, Police Regional Office 4-A 91.33% and Police Regional Office 2 got the lowest score who only got 90.11%.
PRO 12 may seem different from all the entries but ultimately prevailing, this is what the Police Regional Office 12 proved that there is nothing wrong with being different.
