Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN, in its entirety, is not a project nor a program but rather an organization and mobilization initiative of allegiant masses and the community with the primary objective attaining holistic transformation through synergy and collaborative partnership and allegiance with the religious sector and the whole community.
Deeply intertwined with the Chief, Philippine National Police, Police General Rodolfo S. Azurin, Jr.’s program thrust, the M+K+K=K or Malasakit, Kaayusan at Kapayapaan tungo sa Kaunlaran, and to effectively attain the realization of the objectives of the peace and security framework, to which, Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN, came to being.
The Revitalized PNP KASIMBAYANAN or “Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan” is the catalyst project that set forth holistic change not only within the organization, but also in the community in close partnership with the religious sector and help instill positive image to the public for future collaboration and mobilization of individual towards addressing pressing issues and challenge at their respective community.
This aims to build and a maintain strong synergy among the police, the community, and the religious sector, to achieve lasting peace and sustainable progress, in sync with President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Romualdez Marcos, Jr.’s marching orders for unity and national progress.
Furthermore, this community organizing and mobilizing initiative is composed of three founding concepts, namely: Community-Organizing, where PNP personnel will serve as the Community-Based Bridge Builders, and will undergo a series of processes, such as cascading to members, mentoring leaders, and clustering them for the next phase. Community Mobilization is the second concept and the most important part that seeks to establish Community Groups and Partners, build God-centered individuals in the community, and develop and sustain grassroots programs, activities and programs in partnership with the religious sector; and lastly, Community Allegiance and Partnership, ensuring unity of mind for the attainment of a progressive community.
