NCRPO Achieves Php 41 Million Drug Haul in Week-Long Anti-Illegal Drug Operation, Disrupting Syndicates

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) had dealt a significant blow to the illegal drug trade in Metro Manila, seizing over Php 41 Million worth of illegal drugs in a week-long anti-illegal drug operation. The operation, which concluded starting from October 31 to November 7, 2024, had involved 204 coordinated raids and arrests across various districts, demonstrating the NCRPO’s unwavering commitment to dismantling drug distribution networks and disrupting the operations of drug syndicates.

The week-long operation had resulted in the seizure of suspected shabu, valued at an estimated Php 41 Million.  In addition to the drug haul, authorities also had apprehended 321 individuals, including alleged drug pushers and distributors.

NCRPO had emphasized its dedication to disrupting the supply chain and dismantling drug syndicates, stating, “Team NCRPO will not tolerate illegal drug activities in Metro Manila.” Its intensified campaign against illegal drugs had been a continuous effort, extending beyond individual arrests and seizures.  The series of operations play a crucial role in reducing the local drug supply, destabilizing organized crime structures, and disrupting the operations of drug syndicates. NCRPO’s robust relations with the community had urged residents to continue providing information to the authorities, assuring them of their commitment to protecting their identities and ensuring their safety.
