Swift Action by Floridablanca MPS Leads to Arrest of Four Robbery Suspects

A successful operation by the Floridablanca Municipal Police Station resulted to the arrest of four suspected robbers following a quick response to a robbery incident in Floridablanca, Pampanga.

According to Police Lieutenant Colonel Julius Casibo Alvaro, Acting Chief of Police, the station received a call from the security monitoring team of Alfamart regarding an ongoing robbery at the said Convenience Store in Barangay Consuelo, Floridablanca. Police officers responded immediately, leading to the apprehension of one of the suspects, identified as Alias “Terdi,” who was caught in the act of committing the crime.

Despite the escape of his accomplices, the police swiftly launched a hot pursuit operation, successfully arresting three more suspects in Porac, Pampanga. The suspects were identified by their aliases as “Jerry,” “Nolen,” and “Landen.”

According to Police Colonel Jay C. Dimaandal, the Provincial Director of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office, the suspects gained entry into the establishment by forcefully breaking through the steel backdoor. Recovered from their possession were a .45 caliber handgun with five rounds of ammunition; a .38 caliber revolver with three rounds; four grenades; Php90,000 in cash; grocery items; heavy-duty tools; and a white Toyota Fortuner, which two of the suspects used for their escape.

Colonel Dimaandal commended the police force’s quick action and professionalism, preventing potential violence during the incident. The suspects are currently in the custody of the Pampanga PNP and are facing charges of robbery, illegal possession of firearms and explosives, and other related offenses.
